Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

4. Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the customer's location and courier service availability.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Silex offers Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders across India.

Customers can pay for their order at the time of delivery.
Silex reserves the right to limit or disable COD for certain locations, high-value orders, or repeated order refusals.
